Blockscriptor for Tokenizing Assets

Blockscriptor is a SaaS platform designed to simplify and accelerate the tokenization of assets in an environment fully aligned with the European MiCA regulation, whose application has already begun this year. Born and initially launched in Spain, Blockscriptor positions itself as a technological infrastructure prepared to scale at the European level from day one.

Our platform enables the automatic, secure generation of Smart Contracts without the need for technical knowledge, drastically reducing costs, development times, and risks associated with code errors. Through an intelligent form, companies and institutions can tokenize financial and real assets—from participations to real-world assets (RWA)—under standards compatible with current and future regulatory requirements.

Blockscriptor represents a strategic opportunity in the new regulated digital economy: a rapidly expanding market driven by MiCA, growing demand for tokenization, and the need for solutions that connect Blockchain innovation with regulatory compliance. Our proposal combines technology, usability, and regulation, making tokenization an accessible, repeatable, and scalable process.

Blockscriptor receives 1% of the amount of each transaction, forever.

Real estate tokenization example

A company wants to tokenize a real estate asset, for example a small office building. This asset generates income from rents of about €100,000 per year. The owners want to value the asset and therefore decide to sell it to institutional investors through tokenization. After completing the legal aspects and KYC of investors, they turn to Blockscriptor as the technology provider. Through its system, they generate a Smart Contract with the following characteristics:

  • 10,000 tokens at a price of €100 per token
  • Automated distribution of profits
  • Possibility to resell the token to other qualified investors

With the tokenization of the real estate asset,

What does the initial property owner gain?

  • €990,000 received from the sale of tokens
  • Selling the asset through tokenization, complying with all legal requirements

What do investors gain?

  • €99,000 in annual net income automatically distributed among all token holders
  • The possibility of selling the tokens at a higher price if the asset's value increases

What does Blockscriptor gain?

  • €5 for generating the Smart Contract
  • €10,000 for 1% of the total sale transaction
  • €1,000 annually for 1% of the profit distribution transaction
  • Future income if there are new sales of those tokens
  • Possibility of increasing income through automated distribution

Regarding regulations,

Blockscriptor is really a SaaS, a Software provider for creating Smart Contracts. In no case does it keep the tokens, nor is it responsible for them or their custody. According to current and future regulations, investors are the responsibility of third-party companies (in the example case, the responsible party is the property owner company, which promotes the tokenization). Blockscriptor does not offer financial services or investment advice, it is only a code provider, which charges a 1% royalty on each future transaction, as Software licensing fees.
